THE FOUNDER
The Visionary Behind the Mission
Thomas Graham Jr. founded TG4 Foundation with a commitment to creating opportunities for young people to grow, lead, and thrive. Shaped by his own experiences in athletics, education, and mentorship, Thomas understands the impact that access, guidance, and community can have on a young person’s future. Through TG4 Foundation, he is using his platform to create that same opportunity for the next generation.
“Leadership is not just about the field; it’s about the impact you create in the lives of those you serve.”
