Founder, TG4 Foundation
The TG4 Foundation was born from Thomas Graham Jr.'s belief that every young person deserves access to mentorship, opportunity, and the tools needed to succeed in life.
Inspired by the coaches, mentors, and family members who helped shape his own journey, Thomas created TG4 to empower youth through mentorship, wellness, financial literacy, leadership development, education, and athletic training.

College & Career Prep Series
Equipping youth with real-world tools for success—this series guides students through college applications, career exploration, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Financial Literacy
These hands-on workshops teach youth and families how to budget, save, and invest wisely—laying the foundation for financial independence and informed decision-making.
Holiday Drives
Through our annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive and Christmas Toy Drive, we provide meals, gifts, and support to families in need during the holiday season.
